My computer got a virus (i think) and now it wont turn on or anything, monitor keeps on saying "no input signal" Monitor is going to sleep. I dont know if its a hardware problem, software problem and so forth..

I have this problem on my old pc too, power light did turn on but seems doesn't have any video signal. I suspect it's motherboard problem since the video card works ok on my other computer... I ended up getting a new computer.

Are you sure it's a virus and not a hardware problem? What makes you think it's a virus, other than the fact it won't turn on?

I think op wasn't even sure it's a virus, but my bet is on hardware problem if the computer didn't even post... time for op to buy a new computer :)

yup. post specs. maybe charge the guy 20$ to diagnose. hell find parts here for sure.
