I bought an intel Atom board a few months ago, and the things worked fine for a while, then one day the machine would not turn on anymore.
I sent it back to intel, and they sent me a replacement.

Now the replacement has failed.
I am a little worried that they won't replace the second board... since I already RMAed one board a month earlier.

Should I be worried?

No, they should take it. Just get an RMA number and ship it.

should I mention that this is the second board that I want to RMA?

Up to you, maybe they will upgrade you to a better board (unlikely, worth a shot). As long as it's under warranty and it's got no physical damage, they should give you a replacement. Keep in mind these replacements are most likely refurbished.
