Cool. I have one of these, it's very solid, quite heavy, but still portable. There's a little cross-brace in the middle (you can barely see it between the two tool brackets in the photo) that you can use as a carrying handle and it's perfectly balanced.
There are lots of "me too" stands but this one seems the most solid for this price range. For a bit more, you can go for the Ridgid MSUV but that just seems too bulky. For three times the price, you can have it painted yellow.
The only hitch I find is that with the brackets "permanently" attached to my miter saw, it adds a bit of bulk and width to the saw, so it's a bit less convenient to carry the saw all by itself (say to a jobsite or if you're bringing it to your bedroom to do some flooring or whatever).

I purchased this for $99 earlier this summer during one of the "Ryobi" tool sales at Home Depot and it is indeed solid and convenient.
Sears has something similar on sale for $89 and it has wheels on one side of the stand. I don't know if it is the same stand, but since the Ryobi model is made by another company down in North Carolina ... I wouldn't doubt Sears and Canadian Tire have a similar arrangement.

It says "new lower price" - so perhaps it's not a sale?

Another thumbs up for that product. I should have bought it earlier.. it would have saved my back when I built a deck / fence / basement at my previous house.
