GTA 4 for PS3 - $29.86 @ Walmart

I just bought Grand Theft Auto IV for $29.86 from Walmart.
This game was previously a $60 game!
This is just a price drop for an aging title, not a time limited sale, although I suppose it is limited by availability of store stock.

I have seen it used at BBV for $24.99 a few times FWIW. An extra $5 for that minty fresh smell is probably worth it - especially if a PM somewhere brings it even closer.

I'm so sick of it now though cause i did 2 playthroughs one after the other and on the 2nd one i went for the 100%

OK, for anyone who's in the GTA scene knows that the best platform for GTA4 is on PS3, before i become flamebait im going to go on the record to say that this was proven. the controls are better than 360, actually the the xbox controller sucks it always has, meh..

You couldn't be more incorrect, the best platform for texture quality and extended content is 360, you can't get either the exclusive content released LAST year on 360 nor the upcoming one being released the end of October on the old ps3. I'm not flaming you because I disagree with your view even though anyone that opposes anyone else's idea is now considered a troll, but you can't go around telling lies like that.

I saw this game at BBV for 24.99 when they were doing Buy 2 get 1 free. I wish I had bought it then. 29.99 is pretty much regular price. I'll hold out until it's even less.

It's not a lie, it's true. Extra DLC does NOT make a game better on one console than another if the DLC is identical in gameplay, controls, graphics etc to the original game. But who cares! The game is a cool game on both systems!

I think all games have been at $60 at one point and drops with age. This game has been $30 for at least a couple weeks since it was that price when I went to WM a while ago.
