Paid with paypal the 2 september. Sent numerous e-mail and PM messages asking for a tracking number. No response except one week ago when he sais to me

His last communication :

5 September "Hey im sorry i couldn't find time to send it out.. i will have it done tomorrow".

10 September "Hey dude i'll have it out by tomorrow for sure sorry things came up and it was a bit delayed

OP: If you don't get the package by the end of this week, then report him to JAC to get his personal information checked, then request to get him banned and then get your money back from this potential scammer.

this happened to me on ebay.. i bought some cards.. guy said he didnt have internet access for like a month (no interenet cafe's or libraries? lol)...

anyways.. i missed the 45 day limit for putting in my case.. luckily it was only like $10... but i am still mad about it lol..

I wouldn't hold my breath. Paypal is not very reliable in recovering funds to the buyer. If you haven't received the phone yet, I highly doubt the seller is going to ship it out. Doesn't take 2+ weeks to go to the post office and mail a package.

Based on his response the seller is either very incompetent or a douche bag potential scammer.

We were able to recover $0.00 CAD from the seller and processed a refund to you.
