Hi all,

Have a new corolla 2010. I've noticed that there are stone chips on the car front bumper . probably due to highway driving. what can I do to protect the car from more damage.

PS: I would really like to keep the car bra as the last option.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Agreed, car bra is fugly! I drive the 401 daily and both of my Acura's have the 3M (maybe Venture Shield, forget) bumper film on them. You should fix up any stone chips and then get that put on. Your dealership can get it done for you but it's usually cheaper to find a place locally.

I'm surprised the dealer didn't try to sell you the clear bra/PPF when you bought the car  Car bras are a thing of the past--80s and 90s--today paint protection film is king, and most dealers will try to sell it to you at the time of purchase. Anyway as Atom Bomb said, touch up any real bad chips if you can, then get PPF installed and you should be good for years :)
