hi, the tail lights of my 2005 toyota has fog in it. the cars warranty will expire in 2010.. are the tail lights covered by the warranty?

my answer would have to be no. The taillight would be covered under the bumper-to-bumper warranty which was i believe is the 3yr/60k or 80k or whatever. Your extended warranty is probably powertrain or comprehensive which shouldn't cover it.

but it doesnt cost anything to call the dealership and ask them about it..


i've replaced both my tail light before my 3 yr warranty was over :)
