is there a place i can buy those snap-in clips besides at a dealership that charges $4 a clip???

it's the ones you can pry the top part off with a flat head screw driver to remove, and push the top down to lock into place. These are for exterior use for my 2000 Honda Civic, for holding the front bumper and plastic front wheel well liner in place. Seems to be 2 sizes, approx 1/2 inch and maybe 1/4 inch?

If you go to CT or PartSource, you may find the clips you're looking for in the section with the "HELP!" products. They may not be all that cheap either, but probably won't be as much as $4 per clip either.

costs under $6 for a pack of 25 versus $4 a pop at a dealership! :P
