Trying to clean up a bumper and paint it a different color but was just wondering on where to get some paint remover/stripper...and also where to get some flex agent...

paint stripper you can get from CT/Home depot... bought several bottles of it to strip paint off some rims

allows the paint to flex with the bumper/lip if necessary and it wont crack.

Out of curiosity what was the thing you bought called "brand etc??"
I just came back from CT at Keele/St Clair W and even after looking around and asking they said "we don't carry anything like that"

There's special paint stripper for flexible auto body parts. Regular paint stripper will eat up a urethane bumper. Try your local CMAX auto body supply store. Ask for flexible bumper paint stripper:

BTW, you only need to strip aftermarket paint. OEM factory paint is a good base to use.
For flex agents, you must buy the one designed for the paint system you are using. (i.e. Dupont, PPG, BASF, Sherwin Williams, etc). They aren't interchangeable. Also see if an adhesion promoter is available.
Again, try CMAX.
