I've decided to try and repair my own car, first with a tune up. So where do you shop. Should I get parts at my dealership or go with partsource etc.... 2003 sebring

Also where can I get a good torque wrench, and what size do I need for spark plugs. Thanks

Any reputable parts store will do. Get brand name parts until you know enough to make informed decisions about the specific differences of the parts.
Any 3/8 drive torque wrench 10 to 110 foot pound range will allow you to do anything from plugs to wheel nuts. Princess Auto is always a good source but so is CT.
