Try a dollar store. I don't think Dollarama sells them but I've seen them at several independent stores. Or if you're patient, DX carries them too.

Tried a few dollar stores, no luck.

Unfortunately shipping will inflate the cost, however, if you buy other stuff and keep the total before shipping under $20, you can minimize shipping cost and avoid GST/PST.
