Best HDTV (LCD) for 1000$?

I'm looking for a new TV and my budget is around 1000$. I want a LCD between 40" and 42".

Here are my options so far:

1. Visions has the LG 42" LH30 Series for 953$ (+shipping)

2. Dell has the Sharp 40" LC40E67U for 949$

3. Costco has the Samsung 40" LN40B540P8F for 989$

Any advices or other suggestions?

i guess it depends what u want really..

my bro was in the same category and we decided to get him a little bigger size for his family room...it may have not got the total best reviews but we got a 47 inch LG from bestbuy after price match and pizza pizza coupon for $1150 after taxes... 1080p too and so far it looks pretty good...its actually the same LH30 series as u posted but bigger

but im sure u can look around and find some other deals.. dont have to rush into it.. take ur time... not too many ppl will respond here tho :/

the worst in my opinion is that u missed out on the $100 off $1000 deals at BB.. unless u can still find some pizza pizza coupons from somewhere or someone in ontario :( then u coulda got a sony bravia for around $860+taxes.. :(
