Viterna Health Centre (Long Yuet/Yue Gong) is probably one of the cheapest. I believe they're only $55 an hour if you buy a $500 package, plus a half-hour bonus. Water-based sauna is also free per session. They have locations in Scarborough and Markham.

I know of a great one near Sq One in Mississauga. I believe their hourly rate is $68.25 including taxes, though. They are licenced to also perform acupuncture and I literally can't count all the people my wife has sent there who continue to go years later.

I am the kind of person that doesn't really like people too close. I am not that fond of getting my hair cut because I don't really like someone hovering over me for such a long period of time.
I only go to this massage place near Sq One when I need to (tendonitis or just some really sore muscles). They have a little bit of a mix when it comes to who will work on you. There is one young Caucasian man, who is very pleasant, and he is very much into whole body fitness. Sometimes I ask for him because he can point out what types of strength conditioning I should be doing, or the proper technique, to get the best results without the strain.
Other times there is an older Japanese man who is also extremely nice - he even told me if I ever go to Japan, that I am welcome to stay with his family! I like his technique because it is not too hard - I don't want to come out more sore than when I went in.
The owner is able to diagnose certain physical ailments when he works on you. Personally, I am skeptical, but there are a lot of people who swear by him. In fact, many of them have gone to traditional "Western" doctors who previously didn't know of any condition but once offered a possible suggestion for the ailment confirmed that he was right. He is also, I believe, the only one licenced to do acupuncture.
I find acupuncture surprisingly relaxing - I can't sleep on my chest to save my life yet when I go there I have to be careful not to fall asleep and start snoring.
His wife is a small Chinese woman yet I find her English much easier to understand than the owner, who is Japanese. Apparently, she has a lot of strength and her petite hands tend to really work the muscles hard. Thus, if you like to get that "deep tissue" massage, she is the one to ask for.
There is another woman (Caucasian) but I've never had any massages with her - I believe she might be the most gentle.

Any massage places that have a Registered Massage Therapy Licence are eligible.
It might help if you listed your preferred location as well.
