best shaw highspeed deal

i live in lethbridge going to school i think the fastest connection i could get is the regular highspeed but it should be better than the $h*tty telus connection i had last year
whats the best deal i could get it for?
student plan?
retentions?

in vancouver i signed for $19.95/month, free first 2 months, regular price on month 9. i think that was the standard new activation promo, but it worked out cheaper than the student deal. i'll probably switch in month 9.
