Almost brand new, I bought it for 30+tax and never used it, the reason I am selling it is because I got a Velbon tripod for free and this one is not refundable. it is light and sturdy, good if you are not looking to spend too much money.
I am selling for $20 for local pick-up (bay & dundas, downtown Toronto) or $15 local delivery (within 416).
