The video description says it's a State operated postal service.

This why I use Canada post or USPS only. lol...Reminds me of UPS.

What is the problem? When you pack your parcel, you suppose to prepare it to be dropped.

I received a parcel from China a few days ago and the box was badly beaten up.

...Now I know what it had to endure :\
