I've read about these., but I can never figure out HOW to set them up.

I thought I read that you USED TO be able to, but not anymore.

I bought an item the other day, and a month later I went to leave feedback (giving the seller a chance to rectify their brainfart) and discovered it had been changed to a private auction. WTF???
