Just thinking

Hi Everyone! I hope someone can help me.....
We are applying white wall tiles in our bathroom with a vertical row of tiles in a darker charcoal color.
Is there any way to apply a darker grout between the charcoal tiles but still use white grout on the rest of the wall? I only want to have the horzontal lines dark.
My tile installer said the grout will "bleed" and there will not be a distinct line whre the two colors meet. He is suggesting putting white grout on the entire wall, which I think will look really cheesy.
Oh yeah, the tiles are being installed as I type, so I don't have the option of changing the pattern. Unless the wall gets re-done entirely.
Many thanks for any ideas!
