I purchased a copy of Mario Kart Wii from this user. The agreement was that it would come with the wheel. When we met up, he showed up without the wheel. I also noticed that the game had a lot of surface scratches. I asked him "does it work" - and he assured me he did. We also agreed to meet up the next day so he could give me the wheel.

Given that he's a long-time user, I took the risk. When I actually tried the game, it cut out after 30 seconds. I'm sure he was aware of this. He also has not provided me with the wheel.

I have made several attempts to contact this user, both here and at his phone number. His profile (link provided above) shows that he has been online several times recently.

I would recommend against dealing with this individual.

I haven't really been using the feedback thing. I've done a bunch of deals on here and never used it. I'll check it out now.

If only you found out about this picture beforehand, then you could've known just from his looks what kind of rotten, lying and criminal seller he'd be..

Tried calling the cops? I'm sure he can at least goto Juvenile hall and get locked up there for a while..
