Been Living in condo for about a year now and trying to make it nice, mostly everything I got for free from family/friends when I moved in.

Looking for either a nice comforter or bed in bag set, but no idea where to shop for these items. Went to Sears/Bay over weekend the nice stuff was in the $200 -$250 range for Bed in Bag, are these fair prices? They were not on sale or anything just regular prices, how often do these kinda items go on sale?

Do people know of good stores in Toronto or Mississauga (Chains/Independents/Outlets, doesn't matter) that has a large selection of good quality at reasonable prices? Or should I stick with the large department stores. I was told by a co-worker there is a really good outlet in Burlington On, just not sure if thats worth the drive for me.

I would advise you to check out the shopping channel, which you can find online by going to tsc.ca

They have some very nice bedding and it's actually a very nice quality and the prices for much of it is very reasonable. You can get a set which includes the comforter or duvet cover, bedskirt and shams and several nice cushions. Can't speak for buying sheets through them but they do have many nice bedding in a bag sort of sets.

Just a fyi-- Home Sense and Winners are under the same company so I tend to see the same stuff at both stores when it comes to bedding.

I have seen cheap stuff at the flea market but not sure of quality.

There are also various warehouse outlets around peel region and even in Toronto at orfus road and alness etc that carry some name brands like cambridge and utica.

The ones i saw on the shopping channel were pretty high end and the Egyptian cotton and high thread counts make them worth it if you can afford it.

There used to be warehouse behind the walmart on airport road in Brampton at coventry lane that had good deals.

Here are some links to some bed and bath places.

Thanks for the link, theirs a store really close to my parents place, might have my mom go in and check it out for me before hand than go in over the weekend.

Anyone have any experience at the store on Winstin Churchil and Dundas?

Second that, good selection, great prices and their Clearance Sale is on right now.

Also Real Canadian Superstore has some stylish bedding at good prices.
