hmmmm........surprised that I only got one comment about this thread....i'm sure there are others that have bought from this builder for this location.
Any help would be greatly appreciated......
i'm thinking about upgrading the soaker tub to jets and getting a microwave shelf put in....any thoughts.......aftermarket??

Close to freeway, that's its best selling point. But the houses are too packed.

Hi All,
I saw on Monarch's website that they will be releasing new town homes and 35' lots for both Victoria Square and Cathedral town... anyoen has any info about these and or dibs on the floorplans? Thanks in advance!

If you click on 'More Info', you will see that the release won't be out till Spring 2010.
Funny how they're advertising for a new release as I just got a letter in the mail yesterday informing me the sales office is closing since they are now sold out. Guess they will shut down until next year.

victoria square is completely sold out; got a letter from monarch this week saying that. heritage @ cathedraltown seems to have some left. there's a crazy line up in front of the sales office this morning. not sure what's going on but i'm sure there's good deals to be had. :)

I am living at the victoria square block and it's been great. Wish they would start selling the last townhouse block soon, then the constructions can all be done soon.
