Are we typically covered against tornadoes? Or are these "acts of god" and won't be acknowledged.

If it's not covered, I really sympathize with the people of Woodbridge...:(

Depends on the policy

A few months ago our shared fence blew over in the wind. Our Ins. Co had someone ready to repair the next morning. The neighbour was not covered.

it's called 'wind damage'

Just curious what was the final outcome? I assume the both of you had gone ahead and had the fence repaired?
