Help: Bathroom Music Solution

Hello,

I'm looking for a some solution to listen to music while I'm in the washroom. Whether it be AM/FM, CD, or radio, doesn't matter.

It needs to be:
-cheap (under $100)
-charged through the wall (not battery dependent)
-waterproof

I've had trouble finding a device/solution that does all three of the above.
Your help would be appreciated.
