Well, I think many of us would love a t-shirt with the Apple logo. However, I sure as hell wouldn't want one with "Mississauga" written on the front and unfortunately these store opening shirts always include the city name there.
Why can't there be an Apple store opening in Vulcan, AB, Champion, AB or Paradise, NS or perhaps Star City, SK or North Star, AB? :D

Wrong. The shirt says "Square One".
Please see my photos from this morning, available here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/11279946@N02/sets/72157621920861845/). :D
I got there at around 9:10 in the morning and the line-up was already snaking all the way down past Tommy Hilfiger, down the hall to Moxie's and looping back up the same hall again. I counted about 230 people in front of me. Not too bad. I ended up in line behind a dude wearing an xkcd t-shirt.
Around 9:15 AM, I heard a lot of screaming and shreiking and the store employees came out and rallying up the crowd, hyping up everything, shaking everyone's hands, talking to the customers, etc.
The line started moving right around 9:30 AM, and I got into the store by 9:50. They had all the cute female employees lined up right along both sides of the entrance into the store, chanting A-P-P-L-E and cheering and stuff, it was like a pep squad and you were a football player running onto the field or something. I thought I was video-ing with my camera as it was my turn to go past all this, but somehow I *stopped* the recording instead of starting it. But let's not get too serious here. It's a STORE.
The place was nuts. I walked around in there for a bit, checked out the macbook pros because I am still trying to decide whether or get a 15" or a 13". Some people had actually lined up to go in for simple things like a backpack or something. One person actually brought in their use iMac in the original packaging to try to get tech support!! I saw one other guy getting tech support on his iPhone.
OK, so talk is cheap. Take a look at my photos if you want the story. :)

I might be wrong on this one but the Square One Location feels smaller than Sherway's location. The layout is odd in SQ1 since there is no apparent cashier in the vicinity. It could be possible that the cashier is combined with the Genius Bar on the north bar. My theory is that although the SQ1 location may be wider, its not that all deeper.
Anyways, the line went as far as Bubble Tease to my knowledge. I was right in front of Old Navy at the time in line.

Thanks OP. Me and my bf got there a little after 9. The line was by Moxie. Jucius pretty much described the opening (we are even in one of his pix). Seems like there were a few RFD'ers there:). Nice t-shirt!
P.S. Mississauga is a very good city and I'am proud to live here.

You people actually lined up just to get a free t-shirt? That's pretty desperate even for RFDer.

Not only that they lined up for the privilege to advertise the Apple brand for free! Something is ass backwards here  Apple should be paying YOU to wear their advertisements

Apple no longer needs any advertisements. It's became a fixed afficiando/brand that won't go away for a long time. They probably don't even pay for in movie branding, just give the accessories needed to the technicians of the film and have taken over Hollywood...thus, most of North America...and the world.
But I find being a poster boy for something so impersonal is like being a crack addict. How? I don't know.
