Where do you see this ad? I can't find it on their website. Was it advertised on a newsletter?
Btw I went to use the coupon today at the promenade mall in Thornhill and the sales guy was clearly unhappy with it. Just because it was a freebie. And he even made it hard for me by saying that it will be ready end of next day! Even though it was supposed to be ready in one hour.
His reason for the delay was it was supposedly "busy". When there were only 2 customers 1 of whom was me. The rest were salesmen walking around. What crappy service.:mad:

Yes. I ordered my photo online, and gave the coupon to the clerk when I picked up the photo in-store. No problems whatsoever. Thanks, OP! :)

Yes, the 8 x 10 can be printed and ready for pickup in a few hours.
I uploaded the jpg online in the morning and got the print just after lunch.(At Pacific Centre Mall location).
Also, got 10 free 4x6 prints for registering for Blacks online account which I used for the 8x10 upload.

P.S. You must confirm registration email before you get credited for the 10 free 4x6s.

Lots of hassles this time! And we actually got the coupon from email.

Not only did they do a terrible job, but they weren't even remotely close to having accomplished the printing in anything resembling an hour. Such that we had to come back the next day.

And the staff were supremely rude saying there were all these fake copies around. Um, its an online coupon, what exactly did they expect?

And what is the difference anyhow when the only requirement noted "one per customer" and not "one per what we consider to be a legitimate and paying so that they are actually worthy of our time and good efforts customer".

I used this coupon at two different stores over the weekend, and neither gave me any troubles. The first store had the print done within an hour, the second store was next day. I have also used these coupons many times in the past and never had any problems.

Really? We ordered online yesterday morning and went by teh Promenade in the afternoon to pick up our prints. Walked up to the counter, and got the prints (one for me, one for hubby) no problem. The girl was really friendly too. I guess we were lucky enough to get a different employee.

Also we never had any issue before. And have also used it more than once. But not only were the prints poorly done and badly coloured, but the staff knew nothing of this 'service' concept.

Yes you are luckier than me. I got the assistant store manager whos name is Arrow or something he's an asian man in his 50's. If you have any free prints to use do not go to him.
