SCAMMER da_messiah

Just being ripped off from this guys(da_messiah), lost 58$ CAN in hope of geeting a x2 939 AMD processor.

As other, I paid with paypal but with my bank account(No way getting back from paypal atm). This guys reside in Toronto ON. His real name is Jason Harvey using j_harvey1983@hotmail.com.

I have his address, his facebook and even other infos. I know he's still active on the forum. (I would be glad if he can make any move :D)

Anyone else being ripped off from him?

IF yes, call phonebuster.com 1 (888) 495-8501 and explain your problem.

I did and I'm not the first one doing it it seems so the police will being investigation ( I know it takes time but I'm not in a hurry, I just want him to get what he deserve :mad:)

da_messiah is claiming to be iceman2g for Heatware. Either he has two accounts, or he's "borrowed" the info. Could we have an IP check please?

Before I pull the trigger on iceman2g, I want to be sure.

on july 20 i sent him the money
july 21 he promised to mail it

etc etc

we need to know the full story...please?

I've sent money EMT on 2 July for a processor I've seen in a thread here, on this forum. He said he's sending it "tomorrow". Since, no more anwser from him and no tracking number. I've sent him 4-5 mails no answer from on MY email account. I've sent another mail with another email account, instant answer. Where is the catch?

Plus, he didn't answer here and post a proof of the item being sent.

Now, we are 1st August and still no answer/processor from him. PLUS, he doesn't have any paypal account anymore because paypal turned in my favor but was unable to retrieve any money.
