How do you actually order pictures from the website? When I wen tthere, there are only 4 categories, "weekly specials", "whats new", "contests and promotions" and "executive member rewards". I dont see photo lab or any of their merchandise listed.

Thats after I selected Ontario.

edit > nevermind. I just realized I wasnt on the actual costco website. Just some website that shows costco deals from the first post. Didnt think to check the address.

Ive heard good things about costco's lab's, but it all depends on who the staff is,and how knowledgeable they are about the machines. The machines can do a great job, but if the employees dont know how to maintain them properly or dont care to, then the prints wont be as good as they could be.

But free is free and this is a good way to find out if your local costco can do good quality. : )

bad editing? just curious, did you crop your image to 8x10 or did you leave it to them to do the crop? I haven't picked up my photos, but I cropped mine to 8x10
