I remember seeing a car that had a subwoofer and amp that was one piece. It was very comptact and mounted on the side-wall of a truck. It came in a stock car and wasn't an aftermarket part. I tried looking for FS/BB for something similar but can't find anything. Is there a name for this combo set and where can i find one of these?
-edit- I think the car was a stock mitsubishi lancer 2008.

The Infinity Basslink powered subwoofer is what you're looking for. But it's a 10' unlike the lancer one, which is an 8' i think.

Pretty pricey, but I've seen it on sale for under $300 last year. Awesome unit from reviews.

They are pretty decent. They dont have a ton of power so dont expect to have your car be bouncing along the road. But if you are going for decent bass at normal volumes without it taking up a ton of room, then these are a good buy.

BassLink is overpriced for what it is IMO. It seems "easier" but it really is just about the same as a separate amp and sub, of which you can get ones that are better than the BassLink for the same money or less.
As for the Lancer, I thought stock Lancers used Rockford Fosgate stuff for the upgraded audio system?
