My poll is simple, should Letsgetit go to HD and meet me & Peter (HD Woodbridge Rep.) to discuss the issue?

I dont think it's about those for/agaisnt it.

For what I understand of the story,he sold you a good/services(the GC), which latter got cancelled by HD for being initialy purchassed with a fraudulant cc.

If Letsgetit was honest, he would have go with you meet this Peter and try to understand why they flagued it. If it was indeed purchased with a fraudulant cc, Letsgetit should refund you asap.

ps: I dont buy all the "he wasted my time and lyed to me". At least that way you have his immatriculation, which could lead to more info about himself if he is not cooperative.
