Energy Audit Quote

I called Green$aver for a energy audit, they told me the price will be $344 + GST for a 3000sqft house including basement, and anything over is 50$ per extra 500sqft. With basement our house is around 6000sqft, so it will come to about $644.......does this seem right?

If thats what they quoted you, seems right.

In Gatineau, Qc, there was no qualifier for size of the house. It was $300 + tax with a rebate of $150.

We did our audit 2 weeks ago with Carson Dunlop (http://www.carsondunlop.com) and my report came today. The total cost was $341.25 and $150 will be rebated by the government.
I didn't realize there was a higher cost for bigger house. Maybe give them a call?

I just had mine done and it was a standard $300 with a $150 rebate back. I would call around and see what other companies offer. I believe $650 is a huge rip off, but just check around to be sure. Click on the link, hope this helps some.
