External Hard Drive Questions

Hello Everyone

I'm moving away for school soon and I want a portable hard drive. I'd like it to be 1 TB, but I'd also gladly settle for 500 gb.

Would it be cheaper for me to buy a ready made HD? Or should I just buy an enclosure and stick a HD in there?

It is good deal. I bought this drive 500GB version last year for $99. It is ultra quiet and good so far. I am happy with Lacie.
