Since you get HULU, try disney, fox, nbc, food network etc. They all work very well.

There are but none as good as Hulu. I've tried 3 or 4 before (1 being Canadian), but then decided to stick with Hulu. After all you still can't beat almost free.

Some people use a free proxy, I personally take advantage of SSH on my web host. SSH tunnel can be used as a web proxy, and that's how I do it.
