I need help because I really don't know what to do any more. I just bought a Panasonic DECT 6.0 cordless phone for my home office last week. Turns out I constantly hear echo on the other line. It's like I'm talking into a mic or something when I use the phone to make a call.
I already exchanged it with another one at Panasonic's request. But now, the second one is doing the same thing.
When I called Panasonic they said that sometimes you need to set the Line Mode inside the phone manually. By default, it is set to Line B. However, if it causes any interference, they suggest switching it Line A.
Well, I've been going back and forth and it's the same **** with both lines. This phone is operating on my Rogers business line. The rest of the phones are connected to the Bell residential line. No problems with the Bell lines and I really don't know what to do.
