Happens all over the world. There has been stories about cities in China that do the same thing.
That's why people should "Reduce - ReUse - Recycle" in that order. Unfortunately, people think they are "green" by just recycling.
Do you really need that new motherboard or processor?
Give your old computers to groups like freegeek who will reuse them for the needy.
