Ending in .95 means 'gone when gone'. This means there is usually no more stock shipped to stores, whatever stock they have in store is all they have to sell. In a lot of cases, there is just the demo left.
Ending in .97 means 'clearance'. This means the item is no longer actively stocked at store level. Any stock is usually liquidated at a discounted price to get it off their clearance reports. The clearance items are usually tracked by 30/60/90 day intervals - 'over 90 days clearance' is when managers really drop prices to move an item.

Thanks.
I just purchased an item and it ends with 0.95? Now you got me thinking as to whether they can give me a demo one..... FS will deliver this week
Ohh, or does it mean that they dont have it in store and FS will ship straight from their warehouse to my house.
thanks

If it's an appliance or a big screen tv, odds are the warehouse has it new in box.
The 0.95 just means they aren't getting any more from the manufacturer.
More of a signal to the store staff to move that product since newer product is coming in.
