I have one video card for RMA (NCIX already approved it and gave m RMA number) but the instruction said I have to pay the shipping firstly and call UPS/Purolator for picking up.

My question is "I had bought RMA Express Insurance with this card, should I still pay it in advanced" and "Can I drop this card in any local Purolator or UPS Store"

thanx

With Express RMA, you have to pay to ship the item to NCIX. They only pay to ship the replacement back to you.

If you have a VIP membership, then NCIX will pay for the cost of shipping the item back to them.

Many people use their NCIX points to purchase their VIP membership instead of paying the $50.

You wrong, if your item is defective, NCIX gives u free shipping back by UPS if you have bought the RMA express shipping? You have to use their UPS Account Number when shipping

How much is RMA express shipping? I didn't get it for my last shipment. Now, I have do a RMA. I am thinking the shipping may cost me more than the product. Maybe I'll take it as a loss.

Express shipping will might cost more, depends on weight of the product.I use it when sending cheques,so not much.If item is 1kg, then better regular ground.

Usually RMA you ship with at your own expense, all the rest - store pays for you.

I was confused as well. I think their actual policy differs from what they post on their website.

My experience:

Paid for Expr RMA
Got confirmation email which included their account numbers to be used to shipping back
Shipped back to them using ground and using their account (thereforce costing me nothing)
Once they received it, they shipped be my replacement via ground service (as opposed to the air service which was used in the first place).
