Wanted - am2 mobo

I need a motherboard for this AM2 processor.

AMD Athlon 64 LE-1620 Processor ADH1620DHBOX - 2.40GHz, 1MB Cache, 1000MHz (2000 MT/s) FSB, Orleans, Single-Core, Retail, Socket AM2, Processor with Fan

The mobo that it was in is an Asus M2N-MX SE PLUS and this mobo accepts up to an AM2 2000.

If you have an AM2 mobo please let me know the make, model, price, and please keep the price low as i am cheap, lol.

Try this board from NCIX, if it can support a phenom, it should be able to support your cpu.

anyway, are you positive your mobo can't use that cpu? maybe it requires a bios update.

The pc was hit by a storm, hence the need for a new mobo. The ram tests ok and i believe the cpu is ok, think its the mobo. When i boot up the windows screen just stays up and wont go any further. And it wont allow a reinstall of win xp pro, just hangs. So i believe its the mobo?
