I'm moving to downtown TO and I'm gonna need to get an internet connect.

Some info:

1) I'm poor.
2) I'm an internet addict.
3) I download/upload a ton of tv + movies.

Any suggestions/tips?

(I'm also going to be getting a cell phone and paying my own hydro so any tips would be awesome. Thanks)

I am looking for Internet as well. I live in Oshawa.

The best I've found so far is Acanac. Its $18 per month (if you pay upfront for a year). You need to add $8 a month if you DO NOT have local home phone service (which I just cancelled). Plus add a $49 modem one time purchase OR you can use your own modem but there will be no third party support.

That works out to be $31 a month if you pro rate the modem over a year. This appears to be a first year only price.
