View Full Version : Primus Customers - Check your June bill carefully

I don't know if this applies to all Primus Long distance/Phone/Talkbroadband customers as I only have Talkbroadband, but Primus seems to have made a massive billing error. Primus has charged customers long distance charges for Toll-free numbers (ie 1-8XX...). The call center seems to know about the problem and if you call in they will reverse the charges. Unfortunately it involves a lengthy (30min) wait in the queue.
IMV, Primus should be sending out notices to all affected customers, but instead they have been silent and have waited for customers to call in.
Check your Primus bill!

Thanks! I will bring this to attention of my counterpart who now handles TalkBroadband. This should not have happened and if something goes wrong should be fixed/credited automatically. Still, this might be an error specific to some accounts, not all.
