i been lurking and came upon his thread and noticed its the same user right after he was banned he signed up under this nick.

Giving rfd users a heads up

the reason he was banned was due to selling unmarked " sampled cpu's that where sent out to pc places for promo systems & self testing purposes that breaks nda & rfd's rules right there

so what if he sells demo cpu's as long as he tells people what he is selling, everything should be ok.

is it because he gets stuff for free/cheap?
what about product reviewers then?

$400 cpu for $200 sounds like a good deal to me.

Because it's illegal? The CPU's are marked - not for resale.

its not illegal for an individual to resell an item marked 'not for resale'. plp do it with video games all the time. Its suppose to deter stores from splitting up packages when trying to make money.


Plus thre few chips Ive seen that were marked engineering sample did not have any 'not for resale' markings of any kind.
