Looking for a place to return printer cartridges?

I remember there was a store that took back printer cartridges and gave you a free pack of paper but i cant remember what store itwas? anyone recall what placeit was?

It was Staples, but they haven't had that promotion in a year I believe.

I think Office Depot gives $3 credit for them, though that may no longer be the case.

In the past I've returned laser and inkjet cartridges to OD in exchange for packages of recycled paper but I see that now they give a $3 store credit (http://forum.************.ca/35912-every-ink-cartridge-returned-office-depot-receive-3-coupon-canada-2/) while Staples donates $1/cartridge to schools (http://easy.staples.ca/en/teach/programs/Pages/recycle_for_education.aspx).
