Maybe because they're made for "gas" trimmers?

you need this...new product

Nothing beats the saw blades (http://www.echo-worldwide.com/products/adetails.html?acate=acate.trimmers_brushcutters&acce_id=00509) you can attach to some Echo trimmers!

I'm sure this could do quite a bit of damage if you get too close to a wooden fence with this.

uhh..yeah, that would explain it. :o

think i'll stick with my line wacker.
