Woodbury Common outlet Shopping

Hi all,
We are driving from Torontoto to Woodbury Common outlet, NY in July, this is our first time to this outlet, any advice about this shopping mecca would be appreicated!

How long are you going for? One day is not enough! My family and I stopped by Woodbury once on our way home from NYC and decided to go for a last minute splurge at the outlet mall. What was meant to be a on-the-way-pit-stop turned out to be a two day shopping adventure at Woodbury. We ended having to stay at a highway side motel for the night because my mom wasn't ready to leave yet and wanted to continue shopping the next day.

Just 20 minutes away from Woodbury, there's a Holiday Inn...decent accommodation for a decent price, if you don't want to be staying at a random motel across from the outlet.

o god. this mall is amazing.

i went last year when the dollar was par, and couldn't have been happier...

as far as advice goes, try and orient yourself on the map and figure out what stores you want to go to, there were a few sections i was able to skip..

The holiday inn is in a small town Suffern and offers continental breakfast. We stay there everytime.

If you go to exit 12 - 2 or 3 exits south, there is another mall. Palisades. We go there for the Cheesecake Factory.

make sure you print out VIP coupon book from web or bring CAA card to get it.
