UNSCRATCHED Spectral Tiger Loot card for the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game. This card contains a redeemable code used in the World of Warcraft online game for the rarest, most exclusive mount available-- the Spectral Tiger!
I'm only selling this locally, i live in markham, toronto area's can meet up to exchange the card.
Ebay sells this card for $1000+
I'm asking a more reasonable price around (650) ish VERY CHEAP

I haven't play WoW for a months but I'm guessing it's more for the in-game mount than it is for the card itself.

Yep. That card is really rare, only a couple hundred of them made
Pretty sure it was more than a couple hundred. They were released internationally.
I had one of these and sold it off way back at 800. However the set has been discontinued from print and stores now sell the packs/boxes at a much higher price than normal packs.
