View Full Version : Mattress issue - should I contact sears?

I just found out this issue of my mattress when I was washing bedsheet this morning. Bought it last Oct, should I contact Sears and have someone come have a look? Anyone had similar issue ? thanks a lot (the mattress is simmons beautyrest noble firm)

I would contact Sears. They are usually very good for customer service and replacing defective products.

Are you using a boxspring? If not and are using slats, how many slats do you have for the length of the bed?

Is it a king size? Looks like somebody have bended your frame when moving your mattress to your bed room. The same thing happened to me when I purchased mine from the Bay. I ended up buying a Marshall bendable mattress. Good luck.
