Cleaning Outside AC Unit

Hello,

I just finished cleaning our outside AC unit. I noticed that the grill/coils looked pretty dirty and since they have never been cleaned at least 5 years old but probably more I thought I should do it.

I took the hose and sprayed it until most/all dirt was gone. So now im wondering if there is anything else i can do to it without removing the metal cover on it?
