Hello, was reading a post by someone. OP said that he PM'ed with staples and used the staples discount coupon. I thought coupons are online/phone order only and PM can be only done at the store? How does that work? Thanks!

I just spoke to Staples about this issue on Wednesday. They will do PMs over the phone.
