Windows 7 Upgrades and Dell

I was wondering if you recently purchased a dell computer within 30 days that you would be eligible to get the Windows 7 upgrade promo. I tried calling them, but the people at the call centre semm to be slow on the anwser, and basiclly my main concern is that if i retrun and repurchased, it wont be the same price i originally got it for.

Has that information even been released yet? I think the date was July 1 that you would qualifty for a windows 7 free upgrade. I'm also curious too because I am looking to buy a new Dell, but waiting for the free upgrade to be included.

Unfortunately, not to be offered on the minis (they come with XP).
