Return the item/stuff and buy it again.

Might have more luck talking to the air miles people directly or go to the Rona customer service desk with your receipts and ask. Worth a shot, keep us updated.

Yeah i dont have Airmiles so i usually give my receipts to my dad who redeems them on his card.

So I went back and they were able to credit back within 2 weeks but only if I bought from that specific Rona. Thanks guys!

I wish I could do this with amazon. I've bought hundreds of dollars worth of stuff but always forgot to go through airmilesshops :mad:
