I plan to go to Centre Island with my girlfriend tomorrow, and we want to rent some bikes to ride around. The website doesn't even indicate such opportunity, but I heard it's available. Does anyone know how much it is?

I'm pretty sure you can't take the ferry to Centre Island. I believe the workers are on strike. You could take the water taxis, but you might want to check out if they are all booked.

+1...
you're out of luck with the ferry.

Bike rentals range roughly from $7-$20~ an hour with deposit. (regular single bike = $7, double = $15~, quads = $20~)

Go when they're not on strike! ;)

Sounds cheap and all, until you realize that's actually more expensive than renting a car for the whole. Not saying don't do it by any means.

I remember renting a scooter for 3 hours in Victoria. It was fun and my first time on a scooter but it cost me $78 after taxes. wowzers!!
